Refund policy

At Velmaro, all purchases are considered final.

We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been confirmed, except in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
